At Keymes Cosmetics we understand that everyone has the right to change their mind, and that is why we give 14 days from the delivery date so that you can make your return.

HOW DO I MAKE THE RETURN?

To request the return of an item, all you have to do is send us an email to info@keymescosmetics.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will review your return request to confirm its approval and will send you the final instructions to carry it out, having to return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.

To ensure that your request will be approved, always keep in mind that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition, must be as they were sent, must not have been used and must be in their original packaging, including all manuals and documentation that came with them. Therefore, stains, folded cards or documents, broken or open seals or seals, or any sign that the product has been used will not be accepted. If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your return or exchange.

Once you have received the confirmation email with the instructions to make your return, you must pack the items securely and send the package by certified mail within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date. Keep in mind that Keymes Cosmetics will not accept shipments by postage due or cash on delivery, and the client must bear all the expenses that derive from the shipment of the packages that he wishes to return. Thus, the direct cost of returns will always be assumed by the customer except for defects or manufacturing defects in the item (in which case visual evidence will be required). In this case, Keymes Cosmetics will bear the expenses derived from the return.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify our customer service team at info@keymescosmetics.com to request the resending of a new product in perfect condition and/or to exchange the product that you received incorrectly. To do this, the email will have to include the following information:

  • Order number
  • proof of purchase
  • Video or photograph of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
  • Full delivery address
  • Phone number

In cases of return for damage or factory defect that were found prior to receipt of the product by the customer, a video or photograph of said defective product may be required as visual proof of verification to replace the item.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive them. Once your return has been processed and the returned items have been checked by our returns team, you will receive a confirmation email accrediting the full refund of the returned items. This refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Our returns team will order the refund of the returned item(s) after verifying that it meets the conditions mentioned above, by bank transfer to the account number that you have provided to our customer service team. The term to receive the returned amount is subject to the conditions of the banking entities.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER THING?

At Keymes Cosmetics we offer you the option of receiving an electronic coupon with no expiration date, with the amount of the returned item. To obtain the coupon, you must indicate it to our customer service team when you request the return of your order. The coupons will be redeemable at any time and for any Keymes Cosmetics item.
